However, the resume, CV, and cover letter are not the only elements that impact the success of an individual’s job search.

How The Individual Behaves During Interviews

Whether or Not The Client Returns Phone Calls or Emails in a Timely Manner

The Accuracy And Verifiability of Information on The Resume

Whether or Not References Give Positive Feedback
All of this factors into our know refund, no credit policy. We also cannot guarantee that our clients will be called back for interviews, let alone receive a job offer.
On the other hand, we are very sincere in our desire to see our client’s succeed. Because of this, we offer up to three free revisions. If you have used our services and have not made any progress after three months, please contact us. We will work with you to address your concerns, and determine what can be done for you. Please understand that the final determination will be up to Resumention staff members. However, you will receive at least one free modification.
The only thing we ask our clients to do in order to qualify for free revisions is to provide a list of three companies to which they have applied. We believe this good faith effort allows us to meet our client’s needs while also ensuring that they meet their responsibilities as well.
However, there may be other situations where you are qualified to receive a refund. Keep reading to learn more.
There are cases where you are entitled to a full or partial refund. These are listed below:
No Writer is Available: If all writers qualified to work on your resume or CV are unavailable, you have several options. You may wait until one is available, have your project assigned to a new writer, or request a refund. If you choose the latter option, our customer service department will help you with that process.
You Cancel Your Order Prior to it Being Assigned to a Writer: Customers may cancel orders at any time. In the event that you do so before you were assigned a writer, you will receive a full refund.
You Cancel an Order in Progress: If a writer has been assigned or work has begun on your resume or CV, you will receive a prorated refund. This will be based on the amount of time that has passed since you placed your order, and the deadline.
Your Resume or Other Document is Late: If your documents are not delivered to you by the deadline, you may be eligible to receive a refund. This will be calculated based upon how late your documents are. One of our customer service representatives will explain how your refund will be calculated.
Your Order is Incomplete: If you receive your order with documents missing, please contact us immediately. If we are unable to provide the missing documents right away, you will be connected with a customer service specialist. They will work with you to retrieve those documents or calculate an appropriate refund.
There Are Gross Inaccuracies And Errors With Your Resume or Other Document: Because we use very stringent quality assurance methods, this has not been an issue for us. However, if you do receive a completed CV, cover letter, or resume that is completely unacceptable let us know. If we determine that a free revision is not sufficient, you may be entitled to a refund.
You Were Overcharged: We have safeguards in place to prevent double billing and excess charges. However, if you see what you believe is an overcharge in any form let us know. Our service reps will help you to gather the information that we need to investigate and process your refund.
Refunds And Credits
We reserve the right, in some instances to issue a credit towards future orders in lieu of a refund. If you are offered a credit where you believe you should have been entitled to a refund, please let us know that you dispute our decision.
Refund Processing
All refunds are processed as quickly as possible. Usually, we have them finished within five business days. However, we are not responsible for delays that are due to your refusal or inability to supply information that we need to process your request. In addition to this, we are also not responsible for delays caused by your bank or credit card provider.
